Job Summary :
The Podcast Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all social media content projects across platforms. This role bridges creative, marketing, and client teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage social media project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate between creative, design, and content teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage client communications and ensure expectations are clearly defined and met.
- Oversee the creation and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, X, etc.).
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed analytics reports.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to tone, style, and visual identity guidelines.
- Manage feedback and revision cycles efficiently (ensuring timelines are respected).
- Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to improve content performance.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media teams for cross-promotional campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in social media strategy and execution.
