We are inviting applications for the position of Manager – Outreach & Admissions (BTech) on behalf of our client, a reputed higher education institution based in Mumbai. The role involves leading strategic outreach, partnerships, and the end-to-end admissions process for undergraduate engineering programs.
Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for driving student acquisition through focused outreach initiatives, institutional collaborations, and data-driven admissions strategies. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented approach aligned with academic standards and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Education, Business, or related fields (STEM / Engineering background preferred)
6–10 years of relevant experience in admissions, outreach, or business development within the higher education or edtech sector
Proven record in student engagement, counselling, and conversion
Proficiency in CRM tools , MS Office , and digital communication platforms
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
Other Details
The position is based in Mumbai and may involve travel across India for outreach and promotional activities.
The candidate should be open to extended working hours during admission seasons as required.
