Senior Manager - Luxury Inbound Travel

Job descriptionPlanning and proposing customised luxury trips in India, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka Cost planning, budgeting and invoicing Rate negotiations and operational liaison with vendors and partners Operations of programmes as proposed including correspondence with clients Post operational analysis Creating new itineraries / experiences for proposals and also for marketing / PR Content creation for new destinations Lead the team while being actively involved in all aspects of the work Review and update organizational systems Ensure the highest level of commitment and quality of work within the team Graduate from a renowned university Strong competency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 10 years work experience in the inbound travel industry Knowledge and understanding of luxury inbound travel High standards with regards to quality of proposals and operations, with creativity and efficiency High level of self-motivation, commitment and activity to attain company and personal goals Commitment to teamwork with flexibility, good humour and high energy Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and exhibit strong problem solving skills Positive attitude and respect for others High degree of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and organization Email letter and resume summarizing qualifications to Creativity appreciated in your application Indicate compensation requirements Due to the large volume of responses anticipated, we regret that only candidates under consideration will be contacted
