Leadership & Management :
Lead and mentor a team of Analysts responsible to create and manage the DDS.Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor team performance.Facilitate communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution within the teamEnsure team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.Monitor and report on team productivity, performance, and availability through consistent tracking of KPIs and metrics.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and reports for leadership review.Conduct regular one-on-one and team performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and development plans.Identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities based on team data and performance insights.Drive team engagement and accountability, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.Support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure alignment with team objectives and expectations.Act as the first point of escalation for team-related issues and work towards timely resolution in collaboration with the manager.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.Data exception handling :
Use the cockpit to check 100% compliance for all sites in scope, both on the inbound and outbound sideEnsure timely creation and management of DDS, in accordance with the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).Maintain accurate DDS process documentation and remediation actions.Ensure timely remediation of missing information for DDS creationCollaborate with the manager to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.Collaboration & Communication :
Collaborate with Sourcing teams in case of errors or exceptions during the DDS creation process.Collaborate with Customer Service teams in case customer requests or complaints are linked to their DDS.Connect to the power users in the sites to remediate missing information for DDS creation.Project Management :
Oversee the entire data exception handling process from data collection to reporting and presentation.Manage project timelines effectively.Ensure project quality and accuracy throughout the process.Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the team and work with CI expert to implementStay abreast of the latest data analysis tools and techniques.Develop and implement best practices for data analysis and reporting.EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.G., Certified Data Analyst) is a plus.Preferably more than 10 years of experience in a similar data analyst role with team leadership experienceProven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization tools.Begin able to cope with a lot of escalations, connect well with overseas factories and functionsAbility to lead and influence small teamsAbility to operate in a multicultural environmentExcellent language skills both written and oral in EnglishAffinity to systems and underlying data flow management and governanceLEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL STYLE
