Role Overview :

The Academic Counsellor guides learners, understands their career goals, recommends suitable programs, and supports them throughout the admission process. This is a counselling-centric, revenue-driving role based in a physical learning centre.

Note : You will be located / seated at Bharathidasan University for student counselling and admission coordination. You will handle student walk-ins and guide them with counselling for upGrad learning programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel potential learners via calls, centre walk-ins, and video sessions.
• Understand learner needs and recommend relevant upGrad programs.
• Convert leads to admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — enquiry, counselling, enrolment, and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily / weekly performance metrics.
• Coordinate with centre and university teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
