Role Overview
The Marketing Lead – Graphic Design & Visualization will play a pivotal role in transforming complex ideas into powerful, visually compelling assets that elevate the NIIT MTSglobal brand.
You’ll be responsible for designing and creating marketing and campaign collateral, videos, digital assets, and visual frameworks that align with the NIIT MTS brand strategy. The potential visualization expert will be leveraging AI and design systems to standardize, accelerate, scale and elevate NIIT MTS’ visual communication across all verticals and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Visualization
Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to websites, videos, print and digital collateral, social media and digital experiences.
Translate abstract business and learning concepts into clear, visual storytelling frameworks (infographics, diagrams, storyboards, motion graphics).
Support content (videos, whitepapers, reports, landing pages, social posts, presentations etc.) with strong visual narratives.
Build visual consistency and brand adherence across all design materials.
Create catalogued and ready-to-use image and stock libraries for immediate reference and implementation.
Create visual briefs and mock-ups that can be easily executed by the design team.
Take design decisions to enhance the visual quality of content
AI-Driven Design Innovation
Utilize available AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT etc.) to develop templates, graphics variations, and mood boards.
Create modular design templates for faster campaign turnaround — including email headers, social banners, and content thumbnails.
Continuously explore new AI workflows to increase design productivity and originality .
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with Website + SEO, Content, Campaign, Customer and other teams across multiple time zones (India, EMEA, North America).
Operate effectively across different teams, influencing cross-functional collaborators through clarity, quality, and ownership.
Partner with marketing managers to translate campaign briefs into visual execution frameworks and storyboards that perform well across digital channels.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when needed, ensuring creative quality and brand integrity.
Design System & Process Evolution
Support the creation of an NIIT MTS Design Language - ensuring color, typography, iconography, and imagery guidelines are unified.
Maintain and evolve the internal asset library and brand templates in Adobe Creative Cloud, or Canva.
Contribute to visual documentation and playbooks to scale best practices across the marketing and design teams.
Functional Skills & Experience
5–8 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, brand communication, or marketing design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premier, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
Experience designing for B2B enterprise audiences L&D, Consulting or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of digital design for campaigns, social media, and websites.
Familiarity with AI and automation tools for creative workflows (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT + DALL
Knowledge of motion design, data visualization, and infographic storytelling is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and accessibility principles.
