Salesforce Developer (Apex, Lwc, Flutter, Visualforce) - C2h Role

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations , combined with proven expertise in Flutter for building cross-platform mobile and web applications. This hybrid skill set will enable the candidate to develop scalable Salesforce solutions while also contributing to modern, responsive front-end applications using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce , and Salesforce configuration.
• Build Flutter applications (mobile / web / desktop) for business workflows integrated with Salesforce via APIs.
• Develop and maintain REST / SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX teams, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and Salesforce release management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both Salesforce and Flutter application layers.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for both Salesforce and Flutter apps.
