What You Do At Ather :
Scale up Ather’s social and content game
You’ll bring your love for social media, content creation and automobiles & apply your creative skills to scale up Ather’s online brand presence. You’ll be the custodian of the brand when it comes to its online personality. You’ll have two primary tasks at hand. One, scale up operations, systems and processes, so that we reach a wider audience. Two, ensure that we do it without compromising the brand. Simple. You will be part of Ather’s internal Creative Team and work closely with the Brand team, PR team, Sales Team and other cross-functional teams.
You will
- Be responsible for crafting and maintaining the social media & content strategy.
- Be responsible for creating and managing an annual, quarterly and monthly execution plan.
- Manage, mentor and scale up the social media and content team.
- Be responsible for the growth of individual team members.
- Manage relationships & outcomes with agency partners and identify & build new partners whenever required.
- Scale up internal systems, processes and tools to help support the scale up on the content and social side.
- Be responsible for identifying insights based on weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and fine tuning strategy as and when required.
- Be responsible for scaling up influencer and brand collaborations.
- Develop the ability to create regional content or work with regional influencers in key geographies where this approach is required.
- Collaborate with brand managers to develop creative solutions to meet defined business and marketing objectives.
What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
8-10 years of experience leading social media and content teams.Experience in hiring, managing and mentoring teams.Experience in crafting social media and content strategy for product brands.Understanding of social media tools, ability to gather insights on performance metrics.Experience in working with cross functional teams.Creative thinking, writing and social media campaign development.Strong communication, leadership and project managementSome attributes that you bring to this role?
