Role Summary

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead Payoneer's marketing efforts in India. This role is focused on engaging millions of SMBs and professional businesses in India, helping them get paid globally through Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure, and low-cost solutions. You will report to the Marketing Lead, APAC, based in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, data-driven marketer who can own and grow in-country marketing revenue. You will manage local vendors - including PR, content, creative, lead generation, and social media – while partnering closely with Global Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with regional and global strategies.

What You'll Be Spending Your Time On

• Existing customer growth & retention : Drive market-led initiatives and incentive / reward campaigns to boost volume and usage, build customer loyalty, and increase retention rates.
• Customer acquisition & lead generation : Develop and execute integrated acquisition strategies including paid media, ABM, and named account targeting to attract high-value ICPs, generate qualified leads for Sales, and improve funnel conversions (MQL >

SQL >

Won Deals).
