Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, to join a global team within one of the Big 4 professional services firms. This role will support international stakeholders and work on enterprise-grade digital transformation projects across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#,
SQL Server, and React or Angular.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices and internal coding standards.Mentor junior developers and act as a technical SME for .NET Core and front-end frameworks.Interface with global stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and QA teams.Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.Integration & Data Migration :
Develop APIs, Web Services, and Interfaces.Work on REST web services and middleware integrationSupport & Troubleshooting :
Provide technical support and enhancements for existing applications.Lead or contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and performance optimizations.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend solutions for production issues.Work closely with functional teams to develop technical solutions based on business needs.Training & Documentation :
Document technical specifications, coding standards, and best practices.Prepare and maintain user guides and system documentation for future reference.Conduct onsite training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and end-users.Qualifications & Experience :
Education & Competencies :
8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in .NET Core and 3+ years in React or Angular.Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core (Web API / MVC), Entity Framework, and SQL Server.Strong experience with ReactJS or Angular (v8+), TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture and design patterns.Solid understanding of RESTful services, Microservices, and API integrations.Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and automated deployment strategies.Excellent communication skills - must be able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience.Prior experience in global teams or working directly with US / UK / EMEA stakeholders is highly desirable.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Additional Requirements :
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes, Azure / AWS cloud services, or other modern DevOps practices.Prior work in a consulting environment or with enterprise clients.Microsoft certifications are a plus.ref : hirist.tech)
