Job Description :

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain records of all receivables, collections, and adjustments.

Post customer payments and maintain accurate ledgers.

Prepare and present aging reports to management.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
