Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Product Ops Associate to join our operations team. You’ll play a critical role in applying our AI tool to real-world scenarios — creating and refining test cases for customer demos and improving the quality of our model through thoughtful feedback and iteration. This is a remote contract position in India, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time employee role.

What You’ll Do :

• Use our AI-powered tool to create intelligent test cases for customer demos and internal model training.
• Interact with web applications to simulate real user journeys and identify edge cases.
• Evaluate the tool’s performance and use built-in human override tools to guide or fix test cases when the AI needs support, applying judgment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams by providing feedback on tool behavior and test results.
• Help build a repository of high-quality, diverse test cases that improve our product over time.
