Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Primary Coordinator located in Howrah. The Pre-Primary Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the academic and operational activities of the pre-primary section, ensuring the implementation of age-appropriate teaching methodologies, and maintaining high standards of education. Daily tasks include guiding teachers, planning lessons, coordinating with parents for regular updates, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for young children. Additional responsibilities include evaluating classroom practices, recommending improvements, and organizing interactive and enriching activities for the students.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in early childhood education, teaching strategies, and classroom management

Skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing age-appropriate teaching methodologies

Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster relationships with parents and staff

Leadership and team management abilities to effectively guide and support teachers

Proficient in administrative tasks, record keeping, and coordinating school events and programs

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field

Prior experience in coordinating or leading pre-primary programs is preferred

A commitment to nurturing young learners and creating a positive learning environment

Experience :

2-3 years as Pre-Primary Coordinator.

OR

7 to 10 years Pre-Primary Senior Teacher.

Salary : 16k to 25k

Work Location : Liluah Howrah

School Time : 7 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm
