Manager - Renewable Energy - Advisory - Pan India

Key Responsibilities :

Lead feasibility studies, bid advisory, and tariff modeling for solar PV or RE + BESS projects / alternative fuel projects

Advise clients on policy frameworks, regulatory matters, and private sector participation in energy storage for utility-scale and decentralized BESS deployments / alternative fuel or bioenergy.

Skills Required :

Prepare investment-grade feasibility reports and business plans

Strong analytical and functional skills in power systems and financial modeling

Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing capabilities

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualification :

B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Power Systems + MBA or M.Tech in Energy Systems / Renewables.

Must Experience :

Minimum 7+ years total experience.

At least 5+ years in the Renewable Energy sector.

Prior experience in Green Hydrogen / Battery Energy Storage / Bioenergy or Alternate fuels is must.

Advantage :

Prior experience in management consulting is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with international development agency formats (ADB, World Bank, etc.)

Technical assessments including load flow, harmonics, and grid integration, or feasibility for floating solar / battery energy storage

Past experience in solar parks / pumped hydro storage / floating solar / battery or pumped hydro energy storage / e-mobility / green Hydrogen / bioenergy
