Were looking for an experienced Business Systems Analystto join our growing IT Applications team. You will be reporting to the Director IT Applications. You will be responsible for :

• Driving implementation and augmenting the ServiceNow platform in the areas of ITSM and HR Service Management / Employee Center
• Driving projects and integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs Integration Hub and Spokes
• Designing and delivering ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards reports and KPIs following ITSM best practices
• Working in ServiceNow platform experience ITSM HR and Security modules
• Working in ITOM modules such as Event Management Orchestration or Operational Intelligence with CMDB and Asset Management
