We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inquiries, maintaining the CRM database, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the sales team. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive successful lead conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and update customer information, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, advertisements, and referrals efficiently.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages to nurture leads.
Provide accurate project information, property details, and pricing to clients.
Coordinate and schedule site visits in collaboration with the sales team.
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve conversion goals.
Generate regular reports from CRM to analyse lead performance and conversion metrics.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Support the sales team with customer insights and data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
A graduate or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2-5 years of experience in CRM operations, tele calling, or customer relationship management-preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Strong customer service orientation with persuasive follow-up ability.
Good understanding of real estate market trends and customer lifecycle
management.Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management systems.Ability
to multitask, work under pressure, and meet conversion targets.
