Role Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled AI / ML Engineer with a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, specifically in voice-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models and a keen interest in pioneering new technologies in the voice domain.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models for voice-based applications, including voice cloning and lip sync match.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.

3. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

4. Evaluate model performance and implement improvements.

5. Ensure scalability and performance of AI models in production environments. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements :

• 2 to 4 years of experience in AI / ML development with a focus on voice-based applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI / ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition technologies is a plus but not must.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
