Objective :
Support regional sales initiatives by assisting in planning, execution, and customer engagement to achieve growth targets and strengthen the market presence of the cables division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in implementing regional sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads in assigned territory.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Support senior team members in onboarding new clients and expanding market reach.
- Collect and report data on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Develop a strong understanding of LV and MV cable products and related industrial electrical solutions.
- Communicate product benefits effectively to customers.
- Support senior managers during negotiations and contract finalization.
Education :
B.E. (Electrical) preferred.MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.Experience :
8-12 years of sales experience in industrial products.Exposure to cable sales or electrical products like Panels & Switchgears.Interested Candidates please send your resume :
