About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join

C2treds

as

VP – Operations (Sales Strategy) . This role requires a strong blend of

strategic thinking, operational excellence, and commercial acumen . The ideal candidate comes from a

B2B sales or consulting background , has transitioned into

operations , and thrives in a

data-driven, fast-paced fintech environment .

Key Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Growth :

Partner with leadership to define and execute the operational strategy aligned with C2treds’ business and revenue goals.

Sales Operations Excellence :

Build and optimize sales processes, performance tracking, and forecasting models to enable scalable growth.

Cross-functional Leadership :

Collaborate closely with sales, credit, compliance, and tech teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer onboarding efficiency.

Performance Management :

Set KPIs, monitor progress, and implement improvement frameworks to ensure operational success and profitability.

Team Leadership :

Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals; foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management :

Partner with internal and external stakeholders—including regulatory bodies, clients, and senior leadership—to ensure alignment and operational compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

12–16 years of experience in

fintech, B2B sales operations, or consulting , with a strong track record in strategic and process-oriented roles.

Proven experience in

scaling operations

and driving

cross-functional collaboration .

Strong understanding of

financial products, RBI / TReDS guidelines , and operational frameworks within fintech or BFSI space.

Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making

abilities.

Demonstrated success in

team leadership

and building high-performing, data-driven teams.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
