About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our Everywhere Business Unit (Brewing Bots / Vending Machines) . In this role, you will focus on acquiring, managing, and scaling large / global corporate accounts , driving strategic relationships and delivering impactful business growth.
As a Global Account Manager (GAM) , your mission is to build and nurture strong partnerships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CHROs, Heads of Administration, and Procurement Heads , while identifying high-value business opportunities and closing significant deals.
We are looking for a dynamic, field-driven professional who thrives on creating value for customers and enjoys spending 80% of their time engaging directly with clients .
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and manage a portfolio of 40–70 large / global corporate accounts (each with >
5,000 employees).
Collaborate with Infrastructure Management Companies to onboard their existing clients.Participate in RFPs and tenders , ensuring effective proposal submissions.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure account profitability.Achieve targeted annual revenue generation of ₹10 crore+ per account .Understand client requirements and develop customized sales strategies.Drive high-quality sales, delivery, and customer service processes.Ensure contract renewals and long-term client retention.Identify and approach potential customers to establish new partnerships.Requirements
Proven experience in managing large corporate accounts (BFSI / IT sector experience preferred).Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Strategic thinking with a problem-solving attitude .Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Willingness to travel extensively and engage with clients in the field.Why Join Us
