As the Senior Manager of Controllership at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position within our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures specific to the country or region, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including local finance teams, tax, legal, and other stakeholders, to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in managing and developing a team of controllership professionals, providing mentorship and support for their professional growth.
As the Senior Manager, Controllership Country Finance Leader, you will serve as a key point of contact for local finance matters, representing the country or region in discussions with senior management and other stakeholders. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, will be essential in driving the success of the controllership function at the country level.
You will report directly to our (title) and you’ll work out of our (City, State) location on a (Hybrid, On-site, Remote) work schedule.
