Drive campus recruitment for full-time and internship positions across multiple functions.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, fostering long-term relationships with placement officers and faculty.
- Plan, organize, and manage online assessments and pre-interview screenings.
- Represent the organization at campuses across India, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment drives.
- Oversee feedback collection, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business heads to ensure interview panel alignment and process efficiency.
- Take ownership of newly hired employees, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
Required Skills & 9-12 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment and stakeholder management.
