Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Client acquisition : Source new business opportunities from across India by identifying prospects, making calls, visiting potential clients and attending industry events. Generate a steady pipeline of leads and convert them into signed projects.
- Revenue growth : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by closing deals and generating repeat orders for Zurich Graphics'& Lucid the Artistry design and all services.
- Relationship management : Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty, obtain referrals and identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Market intelligence : Research market trends, competitor offerings and customer needs. Share insights with the management team to refine service offerings and pricing strategies.
- Lead tracking and reporting : Use CRM software or spreadsheets to track leads, meetings, proposals and conversions. Provide regular reports on progress, challenges and next actions.
Job Description
The Business Development Executive will be based in Vadodara but will travel extensively across Gujarat and India to develop new clients and nurture relationships. This is an on-site role that requires energy, resilience, and the ability to build genuine connections.
Identify and prioritise prospective clients through research, networking and referrals.Travel to meet clients in person, present Zurich Graphics' capabilities and understand their requirements. Attend trade shows and industry events to expand the company's network.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that show how Zurich's creative services can solve client problems and add value.Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close deals that are mutually beneficial. Ensure timely handover to internal teams for execution.Collaborate with the design, production and marketing teams to make sure client briefs are understood and delivered to a high standard.Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular check‑ins, addressing concerns and promoting additional services when appropriate.Stay informed about market developments and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.Use tools like CRM software, spreadsheets, email and presentation software to manage leads, proposals and schedules.Skills and Requirements
Proven ability to sell360 degree advertising & branding communication solution services and build relationships; comfortable communicating with people at all levels.Willingness to travel extensively and work beyond standard office hours when required.Basic understanding of graphic design and printing processes; able to explain the benefits of creative solutions to clients.Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools.Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently while meeting targets.Skills Required
