Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Create, manage, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key business and growth metrics.
  • Maintain dashboards to track performance across various growth channels and customer lifecycle stages.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze data from marketing, product, sales, and operations to uncover trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement.
  • Deliver actionable insights and present findings in a clear and structured manner to cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Growth Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Growth Manager to evaluate and improve current campaigns, funnels, and user journeys.
  • Support A / B testing and other growth experiments by analyzing pre / post data and suggesting optimization strategies.

    • Strategic Support

  • Contribute to business planning by forecasting key metrics and assessing the impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive trends and benchmark Furlenco's performance against industry standards.

    • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into meaningful insights.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
