🎯 About the Role
Join our Service Team and play a key role in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support for Vandewiele - Weaving machinery or Tufting machinery at customer sites.
You’ll ensure smooth machine performance, uphold service excellence, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction across the textile manufacturing sector.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission Weaving or Tufting machinery at customer sites.
- Attend breakdowns, warranty, and AMC service calls as assigned.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Maintain detailed service reports on work done, parts replaced, and feedback.
- Follow safety standards, SOPs, and company quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with peers and Team Lead for complex installations or escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, logistics, and support.
- Participate in technical training and skill upgrades.
- Share field feedback on machine performance and customer requirements.
