Job Title : Senior Executive Purchase

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process with a focus on order tracking , supplier coordination , and material follow-up . The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to support uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Purchase Order Management :

• Issue and manage POI (Purchase Order Indent) based on approved MR (Material Requisition)
• Verify order details including pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Obtain order confirmations from suppliers and ensure alignment with internal requirements.
