Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 QA engineers (manual + automation).
• Define and implement QA strategy, test processes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Review and improve test automation frameworks and regression suites.
• Manage test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA delivery.
