We’re looking for an experienced Producer who can turn creative concepts into reality, someone who thrives on managing shoots, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of every project, from ideation to final output.

Role Overview : As a Producer at Yellow Frames, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process across multiple projects — including digital content, commercials, photo shoots, and branded campaigns. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, directors, vendors, and clients to ensure every production meets our creative standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities : Project & Production Management Manage the entire production lifecycle — from pre-production planning to final delivery.

Translate creative ideas into actionable production plans and schedules.

Source, evaluate, and manage production vendors, directors, photographers, and talent.

Handle on-ground production activities including shoot coordination, logistics, and crew management.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and timelines.

Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost efficiency without compromising creative quality.

Maintain accountability for project deliverables, timelines, and financials.

Creative Collaboration Work closely with creative directors, art directors, and writers to understand campaign goals and creative requirements.

Ensure that the production output aligns with the creative brief and client expectations.

Provide production insights to enhance creative feasibility and impact.

Client & Team Coordination Serve as a key liaison between the internal creative teams, client servicing, and external production partners.

Keep clients informed on project progress, milestones, and delivery schedules.

Supervise post-production activities — editing, VFX, sound, and final delivery.

Quality & Delivery Ensure that all projects are executed with creative excellence, technical precision, and timely delivery .

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.

Troubleshoot challenges on-set and during post-production to ensure smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For : 6–8 years of experience as a Producer in an advertising, production house, or creative agency environment.

Strong understanding of production processes — digital, film, and photography.

Proven experience managing multiple shoots, budgets, and production teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm and clarity.

A creative eye and appreciation for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and brand communication.

Familiarity with production software, scheduling tools, and vendor management systems is a plus.

A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Film, Advertising, or related fields preferred.
