Job Title : Back Office Executive (Female)
Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat
Working Hours :
10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary :
10000 – 15000 per month (Based on interview performance and experience)
Experience : Fresher to 1 year
Education :
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
Key Responsibilities :
Order Processing : Handle billing and order entries accurately using the company's software systems.
Follow-Up Coordination : Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any discrepancies.
Documentation : Maintain and update records invoices and other essential documents systematically.
Email & Communication : Respond to emails prepare reports and assist in internal communications as required.
Administrative Support : Assist the back office team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
Computer Proficiency : Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel) and familiarity with email communication.
Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication abilities in Gujarati Hindi.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
Team Player : Willingness to collaborate with team members and adapt to various tasks as needed.
