Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement people strategies that align with the company’s goals and ensure long-term success.
- Direct executive talent searches, lead comprehensive talent development programs, and oversee succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Champion employee engagement efforts that drive retention, while cultivating a workplace culture grounded in recognition and achievement.
- Manage critical HR operations—including performance management and compensation frameworks—to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Ensure the organization consistently meets all labor regulations and internal policy standards, safeguarding compliance at every level.
- Partner with business leaders to plan workforce needs and guide transformative HR projects that support organizational change.
- Utilize advanced HR analytics to deliver actionable insights, empowering leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Promote a dynamic, inclusive, and client-oriented culture rooted in the organization’s core values and aimed at accelerating business results.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.More than 20 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial time in leadership roles.Deep understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and organizational design.Outstanding abilities in communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis.Expert-level skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
