Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Custom Sales professional located in Delhi, India. The Custom Sales professional will be responsible for daily communication with clients, providing exemplary customer service, driving sales, managing sales operations, and training new team members. They will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to effectively train and mentor team members
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics is a plus
