Job Title : Commercial Real Estate Analysis (Sr Associate) (Night Shifts)

Acuity is currently looking for experienced professionals (3-12 years) in US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Monitoring & CRE Lending to join our growing team in Bangalore!

Key Skills / Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry across all property types - Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Lodging and Healthcare
  • Proficient in loan originations with a deep understanding of the pre-closing process.
  • Skilled in analyzing Property Operating Statements and Rent Roll analysis.
  • Well versed with covenant calculations and their interpretations.
  • Experienced in reviewing CRE loan originations, analyzing third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering), and preparing Asset Summary Reports.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, experience in asset valuation, and real estate investment analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in preparation of third-party reporting and managing client communications.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to foster self-learning and share best practices.
  • Should be good in Excel functions (mandatory), not VBA
  • Should have a strong sense of meticulousness, demonstrating an ability to thoroughly review and analyze data, detect errors, and ensure all work is accurate and error-free.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in real estate management platforms (E.g., Argus, CoStar MRI or similar) would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of ongoing interaction with client around timelines, deliverables and compliance of agreed SLAs.
  • Work closely with clients from different time zones on assigned projects and support them in monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various property types in CRE.
  • Monitoring and calculations of key covenants & important KPIs.
  • Provide cross-functional support across different teams as per business need.
  • Closely work with clients on compliance reporting.
  • Engage in various audits on third party reporting.
  • Ensure deliverables are sent timely along with highest quality leading daily interactions with clients regarding deliverables, SLAs. Etc.
  • Provide regular reporting, performance metrics and updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvement
  • Responsible for adherence to client SLAs and Policies

    • Qualification and Experience

  • Experience – 4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Certifications : RICS, CFA, Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA’s) or similar credentials (Preferred)
  • Technical : Basic Excel knowledge must. Other technical certifications like SQL, Power BI or similar are a plus.
