JOB DESCRIPTION :

Technical Experience :

• 6 to 10 years of experience with Java and application development / support.
• Working knowledge of PL / SQL - preferable database Oracle, Postgres.
• Any one of these R&D Lab systems (LIMS, Instruments, Mosaic, Empower, OpenLab).
• Experience with supporting RESTful / SOA services.
• Analytical and debugging skill is a must.
• Experience working with a Weblogic and IIS server.
• Exposure to ITIL Framework, understanding of the incident, problem, change and release management process.
• Troubleshooting and good development experience with Oracle or any other RDBMS
• Experience working on IT Service management tools like Service Now, Remedy, JIRA or Service Manager.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders including users, infrastructure / middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors to resolve issues and potential process improvements.
• Clear and concise communication, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across team boundaries.
