Category Leadership :
- Lead the Impact Team for the category, taking complete ownership of performance and impact metrics while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals.
Strategic Program Development :
Identify, propose, and plan new courses and programs based on evolving industry trends, market needs, and placement opportunities to drive category growth.Business Insight & Course Design :
Convert business requirements and skill gap analyses into actionable course designs that ensure relevance, engagement, and measurable learner success.Collaboration & Partnerships :
Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry experts, content creators, and institutions to support new course launches and expand category impact.Provide the marketing team with key insights on learner personas, target audiences, and market demand trends.Best Practice Implementation :
