Job description

Role : Sales Manager / Sales Lead

Experience : 8 Years.

Job Type : On Site

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Lead to drive our B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the complete sales lifecycle — from identifying leads to closing high-value deals — and will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Conduct detailed market and client analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations and value-based proposals to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate junior sales team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track sales performance metrics.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in the ed-tech or software industry .
  • Strong network and client relationships within the school and higher education segment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
