About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Lead to drive our B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the complete sales lifecycle — from identifying leads to closing high-value deals — and will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct detailed market and client analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations and value-based proposals to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate junior sales team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track sales performance metrics.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales , preferably in the ed-tech or software industry .Strong network and client relationships within the school and higher education segment.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic mindset with strong analytical and organizational abilities.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite .Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Apply Here :
