Seeking a skilled Architect with strong design and project execution capabilities. Candidates educated from

CEPT University

will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.

Coordinate with project, engineering, and contracting teams.

Ensure design compliance with project requirements, regulations, and timelines.

Support site teams with design clarifications and modifications.

Review materials, finishes, and ensure quality standards.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture (CEPT University preferred).

2–6 years of experience in real estate or residential projects.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.

Good understanding of building codes, bye-laws, and construction processes.

Strong communication, detailing, and project coordination skills.
