Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Thane. The Telecaller will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote financial products and services. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of conversations, gathering customer information, addressing inquiries or concerns, and working closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to actively listen and provide effective solutions
• Proficiency in sales techniques and telecommunication skills
• Customer service experience and strong problem-solving abilities
• Organizational and data entry skills for maintaining client interaction records
• Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with financial products / services and basic computer systems is an advantage
