We’re hiring a Founding Director – Sales to drive global business development at SkillsCapital — an AI-powered platform transforming how companies hire enterprise tech talent. You won’t be selling software or generic services. You’ll be leading strategic conversations with consulting firms, enterprises, and system integrators to help them access vetted, on-demand tech talent through our AI-Powered Talent Cloud.
This is not a typical sales job. It’s a founding role that combines strategic thinking, individual contribution, and high-ownership execution. You’ll work directly with the founding team, take full charge of growth in a region or segment, and scale a predictable, high-quality revenue engine.

Own the entire sales lifecycle — from outbound to close — in your assigned region or verticalIdentify and engage decision-makers at consulting firms, system integrators, enterprises, and startupsArticulate how our AI-powered platform solves key talent pain points and offers unmatched speed and qualityCollaborate with delivery and sourcing teams to craft tailored proposalsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsHelp shape the GTM strategy and continuously optimize for performanceDrive the motion from early traction to scalable revenue — with full ownership and autonomy✅ Who Should Apply
