Loan Disbursement Coordinator

Job Title : Disbursement Operations Executive Experience : 6 months – 1 year

Location : Bangalore

Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented Disbursement Operations Executive to manage and streamline the disbursement process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SLAs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure the entire disbursement cycle runs smoothly and deliver as per defined SLAs.
• Build and follow processes to ensure timely disbursement within TAT.
• Manage disbursement-related risks and escalate issues proactively.
• Act as the owner of the complete disbursement process, driving accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as a SPOC for NBFC partners and coordinate for disbursement requirements.
• Handle basic escalations and provide quick resolutions.
• Work on Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and reconciliation
