Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions including sites, workflows, web parts, forms, and user interfaces.
Configure and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premise environments to meet organizational requirements.
Integrate SharePoint with other platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365) using APIs and web services.
Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend SharePoint functionalities.
Optimize SharePoint architecture, lists, libraries, permissions, and metadata management.
Implement business process automation using UI flows and custom electronic forms.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications and workflows.
Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements.
Provide technical guidance and end-user training on SharePoint systems.
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across SharePoint implementations.
Maintain technical documentation for configurations, deployments, and customizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online and on-premises).

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs.

Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx, and SharePoint Add-ins.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud concepts.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Proficient with SharePoint UI customization, master pages, layouts, and CSS.

Experience with business process management, document management, and permissions management.

Familiarity with Active Directory, IIS configuration, and deployment of custom SharePoint sites.
