Workday Test Lead(Workday Payroll)

Job Summary :

The Workday Test Lead (Payroll) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end testing of Workday Payroll configurations and integrations. This role will ensure the accuracy, stability, and compliance of payroll processes and integrations with global payroll vendors, General Ledger (GL), and Time & Attendance systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday Payroll testing, test management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Test Planning & Leadership

• Lead the overall testing strategy and execution for Workday Payroll implementations and enhancements.
• Define the testing scope, approach, timelines, and resource requirements for payroll-related projects.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure thorough test coverage across payroll and integration areas.
• Manage test teams (onsite / offshore) and oversee day-to-day testing activities.
