Position : Investment Banking Associate / Senior Associate

Experience : 2-5 years of investment banking / corporate M&A experience

Qualification : CA or MBA from IIM’s / ISB / FMS / MDI

Location : Bangalore

Role Overview - Investment Banking Associate / Sr Associate :

The role involves working with senior team members on PE / VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development. Key aspects include (among others) :

1. Transaction Execution Work

• Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors / buyers / sellers, and other advisors involved in transactions
• Preparation of transaction collaterals including Information Memorandums, detailed Business Plans & financial models with analysis and insights
• Valuation analysis and support for deal negotiations
• Coordinating due diligence and documentation process

2. Business Development / Sector Coverage
