Identify and generate new / existing business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other lead-generation strategies
Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings.
Handle all follow-up communication
Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the field
Requirements :
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software
Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
