Key Responsibility
Counsel students / candidates about available courses and career options.
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries promptly.
Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM / ERP.
Explain course details, fees, and payment options clearly.
Coordinate with the finance team for fee collection and documentation.
Maintain good relationships with students and parents.
Support marketing campaigns through calling and WhatsApp follow-ups.
Participate in admission drives, events, and promotional activities.
Share daily reports and updates with the Center Manager.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism always.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field .
Additional certification in Sales, Counseling, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
1+ years of experience in tele-counseling, inside sales, student enrollment, or customer relationship roles , preferably in the EdTech or Training industry .
Proven experience in meeting or exceeding admissions or sales targets .
