Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site implementation and training sessions for software products such as ERP, CRM, GST, Export, Payroll, and HRMS.
- Provide hands-on support during the software implementation process and address client queries effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration of software with the clients existing processes and systems.
- Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients and coordinate with the development team to improve the software.
Key Requirements :
Proficiency in on-site implementation, excellent communication, adaptability, and trustworthiness.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.MS Word and Excel(Check Version, Installation, Functions, Data List, etc..), Outlook , SQL (Database, Joints, Triggers, Table etc.) & Crystal Report is mustTiming - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Work days- Monday to Saturday
