What you'll do :

• Build and maintain demo tenants : Configure and manage SaaS demo environments so they're always reliable and customer ready.
• Customize for impact : Assist senior team members tailor demos and prepare realistic data for specific customer scenarios.
• Everyday coordination : Provide concise status updates on demo tenants' health; respond promptly to requests and escalate early when needed.
• Collaborate in a global, cross‑functional team : Effectively work and collaborate with colleagues across regions to plan and prepare demos.
• Apply AI smartly : Learn how Basware uses AI in our platform, and use tools like Copilot to boost data prep, configuration, and automation.
• Continuously improve : Suggest enhancements and automate routine tasks so we demo smarter, not harder.
