Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) for our Food & Beverage Service team in Mysuru, India. As a GSA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and local cuisine to enhance guest experience
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
