Role Overview
The core of this role is end-to-end account and project management, executed with a digital-first mindset at every step. You will own accounts from briefing to delivery, ensuring strategic thinking, flawless coordination, clear communication, and top-tier digital execution. You are the engine that keeps brands moving.
As the primary person of contact, you will partner with clients daily, present deliverables with confidence, and champion smart, fast, innovative solutions powered by agency collaboration, analytics, and deep digital expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Lead client relationships with brand and digital-first POV
- Understand and shape brand requirements across social media, performance, content, influencers, and integrated campaigns
- Translate marketing needs into crisp, actionable, insight-led briefs
- Create clear MoMs, SOWs, estimates, timelines, and approval frameworks
- Drive and track approvals for budgets, creative routes, content plans, and execution calendars
- Conduct competition analysis, market trend studies, audience research, and digital behaviour tracking
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations that inform smarter digital content and media decisions
Agency Collaboration & Delivery
Own project workflows from kickoff to final deliveryLead and manage content, creative, media, influencer, analytics, and production teamsReview every output for quality, relevance, and accuracy before client presentationEnsure deliverables land on time, on strategy, and optimised for platform-first impactManage and protect scope, balancing expectations with resources, timelines, and feasibilityKeep internal stakeholders informed of client updates, risks, wins, and learningsTake charge of new opportunities and special projects proactivelyRequired Skills & Experience :
Must-Have
1-2 years of experience in account management or client servicing at a digital or integrated advertising agencyStrong hands-on experience managing social media campaigns, digital-first launches, and integrated brand workDeep understanding of Meta (Facebook + Instagram), content workflows, audience insights, influencers, ORM, dashboarding, and analyticsProven experience working with influencer campaigns, content partnerships, and creator-led initiativesExpertise in delivering clear, structured communication - from briefs to presentations to cross-functional alignmentHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneouslyTools & Platforms
