Job descriptionExperience : Conduct face-to-face (F2F) Training sessions with target audiences. Training Schedule – Plan and prepare monthly schedules with the PMs Action Plans - Develop and implement tailored action plans for each learner under your training. Training Documentation - Update the training sheet and maintain regular training records for each trainee. Report Management - Share progress reports and dashboards with stakeholders to track and communicate development outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and maintaining detailed records. Ability to mentor and coach individuals in a structured and results-oriented manner.

Working Days : 5 Days a Week

CTC : Up to 8.5 LPA
- Preference
o Experience in Telecom or Enterprise / B2B solutions in any domain

o 3+ years of experience in Sales Training.
