Job descriptionDesign and run targeted outbound campaigns to hedge funds, family offices, RIAs and other buy side firms Build and manage outreach sequences across , email and other channels Continuously refine ICP filters, messaging and angles based on response data Maintain a clean, structured pipeline and report simple funnel metrics weekly Run discovery calls to understand existing research workflows, tools and pain points Deliver tailored product demos that speak the language of analysts and PMs Own follow ups, recap emails, objection handling and next step setting Drive opportunities from first call through trials, pricing discussions and close Schedule and coordinate calls for the founder, and join as lead or co pilot depending on the prospect Build and evolve the JcurveIQ sales playbook Qualification questions Discovery frameworks Demo flow Objection handling Help shape packaging and pricing based on feedback from live conversations Capture product feedback and work with the founder to prioritise improvements Work with the founder to turn raw ideas into simple sales assets One pagers Short Loom demo videos Case study outlines Support basic and email marketing by suggesting topics, drafting outreach snippets and reusing insights from calls Help systematise testimonials, pilot results and proof points as they come in. You have 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales You are very comfortable in full cycle sales Prospecting Discovery Demo Follow up Negotiation and closing You can speak credibly with Equity analysts Portfolio managers CIOs and family office principals You are structured and persistent You like clean pipelines, clear next steps and consistent follow ups You write clearly and concisely Outbound messages Recap emails Short Loom talk tracks Experience selling FinTech or data / analytics SaaS into financial institutions Prior exposure to hedge funds, asset managers, research platforms or market data vendors Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator or similar Genuine interest in public markets, equity research and investing Chance to be the founding Sales and Marketing Lead at an early stage AI startup Direct work with the founder, with real influence on GTM strategy and product roadmap Very high ownership and autonomy Performance based compensation with potential for equity for the right long term partner Remote friendly setup as long as you can overlap for calls with US and EU based prospects
